Reverse Osmosis Chemicals introduction


Reverse Osmosis Chemicals is a high-effective scale inhibitor, it is suitable for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) system. It can inhibit the scale deposit on membrane surface, improve water quality, lower operation expanse.

These products are supported by a range of scientifically based services that are essential for product selection and for extending the life-span of costly Reverse Osmosis Chemicals and equipment.

Reverse Osmosis Chemicals include:

1. TH-0100 RO Antiscalant and Dispersant  is determined by water quality analysis and condition of Reverse Osmosis Chemicals system. In the recommended range of dosage, most scales can be under control such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, ferric hydroxide, aluminium hydroxide and silica.

2. TH-150 RO Antiscalant and Dispersant is a high-effective scale inhibitor, it is suitable for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) system. TH-150 RO Antiscalant and Dispersant  should be added before static mixer or cylindric filter, the dosage of 3-6mg/L is expected, it can be diluted by Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO) liquid or by deionized water.

3. TH-200 is a high-effective scale inhibitor, it is suitable for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) system.

4. For best effective, TH-200 should be added before static mixer or cylindric filter, the dosage of 3-6mg/L is expected, it can be diluted by Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO) liquid or by deionized water

5. TH-260 Acid Detergent for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals is an acid liquid formula, it can remove metal hydroxide, calcium carbonate and other types of scales.

6. The operation stability of Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO) system is determined by the pretreatment of original water quality. For any Reverse Osmosis Chemicals (RO) system, after 3-12 months, it should be polluted, thus the chemical cleaning is required. TH-261 Alkali Detergent for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals  is an alkali detergent designed for removal of oil, organic substances and bio-mucosa.

7. TH-410 Bactericide for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals has good penetrating power to microbe cell, it can effectively kill and inhibit bacteria, fungus and alga in RO equipment.

8. TH-416 Bactericide for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals is an oxidative bactericide for Reverse Osmosis Chemicals. It has strong sterilization effect, and can be used in place where bacteria breed well and COD is much high. TH-416 can be used for all membranes and their component parts, has the properties of good bactericide, fast effective, convenience in use and low cost.

(9)  Bis(HexaMethylene Triamine Penta (Methylene Phosphonic Acid)) BHMTPMPA  is a high-efficient chelating scale inhibitor, it has good effect to carbonate and sulfate scale. BHMTPMPA has good water soluble properties and heat tolerance. BHMTPMPA has high calcium ion tolerance in a wide pH ranges and temperature as high as 120℃.
